Great Recipe: Tuscan Veggie Baked Ziti

I guess today I'm feeling Italian is on the menu. I love though, that this dish is easy to prepare, makes a lot of food for the family, and freezes well for leftovers. Also, you pack it with veggies which the kids will love since it's still pasta!
