Alright everyone, if you're looking for a great book that's empowering and uplifting I whole heartedly recommend Corrie Tenboom's 'The Hiding Place'. This is definately a book I will buy to keep in our permenant collection.

This book is about Corrie's experience in Holland hiding and protecting Jews from the Nazis and her time in a political prisoner of war camp. There is a strong theme involving how she shares and relys on her Christian faith to endure her trials. You can't help but be inspired after reading about her courage in an extremely terrifying and depressing situation.
